"How many sessions a week should I do with you?"
We have an initial consultation to determine how often you should visit our personal trainers in Sydney. Depending on your goals, we might recommend training 2-3 times per week. Don’t worry, we also factor in your schedule and how much time you can commit to each session.
"How long should I train with a personal trainer?"
