2. You will receive your first individual training plan combined with an extensive video library, designed for you to train at home or in the gym. 

3. A breakdown of your fat loss plan including a nutrition plan, specific macros/ calories, step targets and everything else needed to get results. 

4. Every four weeks, you will receive a personalised and detailed video review from Sean to ensure your fat loss results are on track. 

  5. Every four weeks, you will receive a refreshed training plan which is personalised to you.

6. We will be on hand to answer any questions or queries as you progress through the progam. 

  7. All that’s left is for you is to put the tools into action and watch the magic happen.

Sustain is designed for our clients who have completed one of our introductory programs or are more advanced along their fitness journey.  

 

This program is best suited for self-motivated individuals looking for continued online support to meet their goals.   

 

Sustain gives you continued access to the LLP App, recipes, video library, food tracking, member support, a video review and a new training program each month.
