60 minute consult 

We will go through a 60-minute comprehensive consultation before we start. We will go over a full nutrition and lifestyle audit of your current situation. We will do a live video assessment screen to identify any injury risk and allow me to make the training component as specific as possible to the individual. 

Training 

We provide a fully personalised 8 week training programme for you encompassing every aspect of exercise science that will allow you to achieve your goals in the swiftest possible time.

 

The training includes specifically designed workouts, from weight training to cardio to mobility to active rest sessions. 

 

After the movement screen before we prescribe a specific program (mobility, flexibility, training, cardio etc) to eliminate any weakness, injury risk and muscle imbalances. 

 

Our workouts are all accompanied by our extensive exercise library that you have access to on your app. We also have the option of our ‘form check review’ to video breakdown your lifts using our software. 

Nutrition  Demographic Audit

As part of our goal standard, we offer a full nutritional audit of your work area.  We can look at the restaurants and cafes around and give you a breakdown of the most calorie friendly options that fit your goal. Again our clients are busy and don’t have time to fuss about the details of eating at every meal.

 

We will take care of the stress of losing weight by simplifying the process as much as possible.

Stress & Wellbeing Management 

Our clients are usually busy and stressed individuals. We know how important it is to control stress in terms of fat loss and health and we use the tools we have available to help you manage this portion of your life. 

Meal Delivery options

We have the options of organising meal delivery for our client no matter their location. Our clients are busy with life so why not take the stress out of having to decide what to do eat than get your food taken care of.

Nutrition

We know how important nutrition is in the pursuit of our fat loss goals. For this reason we go through a full nutritional audit before we begin of our diet and lifestyle and create a specific nutrition plan we can stick to. 

 

There are no fad diets or plans that make you cut out food groups, simply a way of eating that you can stick to for life. 

 

We look at your calories, macronutrients and micronutrients to maximise your fat loss. 

 

Every week progress is monitored and adjusted if needed. We use our software to monitor your nutrition in real-time and make adjustments towards your goals.

From our blood testing we will be able to (with the help of a practitioner) write a specific supplement plan.

Each week we will have a video check in to go over progress, track changes, make adjustments if needed.

A nutritional consult at the start or our journey where we go through a full-scale audit of your eating habits and food intake. From there I will create a customized nutritional plan to help you reach your goals. 

​We will have a specific exercise program workout and workout schedule tailored to your needs. I have an online screening process where I look for injuries, and what areas we need to work on/stretch out etc 
​Weekly check-ins. 
​Weekly progress is monitored and any adjustments to your program will be made when needed. 
​No restrictions on the amount of contact between the client and I, as your coach. 
We recommend committing for a minimum of 12 weeks as this is the time you will begin to see really noticeable results.
All our programs and nutritional content are done through my app. I will be able to see your training, steps, sleep and nutrition progress all in real-time.
