What's Included In The Online Personal Training Program

60 Minute Consult

We will go through a 60-minute comprehensive consultation before we start. Including current nutrition,  lifestyle and movement audit.

12 Week Training Program 

After the information we get from your consultation and assessment, we provide a fully comprehensive training plan, encompassing every aspect of training. Our 12 weeks worth of workouts are all designed to achieve maximum results in minimal time.

Weekly Video Check-Ins

Our coaches will keep you accountable and guide you through every step of the journey. We are in contact daily to make sure you are making the right strides toward your goals. Each week we review every aspect of your plan, and your progress, discuss your challenges and go into depth on every aspect of the plan. We leave no stone unturned to achieve the most optimal results possible in 12 weeks. We will coach you and be with you every step of your journey.  

Stress & Wellbeing Management

We personally monitor every single lifestyle factor such as your sleep, stress, recovery, and activity. These often overlooked factors play a signification role in the fat loss process. With the use of technology, we are able to monitor your progress and personally leave no stone unturned in pursuit of your fat loss goals within the 12 weeks.  

Nutrition Plan & Guidance

After our initial nutritional assessment, we set out a detailed plan based on the individuals' preferences, lifestyle, habits and goals. Our goal is to create a plan that delivers optimal results but also one you can stick to for life. Our nutrition plan is based on using the right tool for the right situation, which can be different based on each person. The data of our 12-week plan is tracked weekly, which means instant adjustments to our diet are made when needed over the 12 weeks duration.

Environmental Nutrition Audit
